Mentoring & Coaching for L&D Professionals
I both coach and mentor L&D Professionals for success in their chosen profession. I am passionate about L&D and the value it brings to individuals and organisation and the rewards to be gained working in this field.
I utilise my coaching skills as well as my 30 years of experience working in L&D roles from training delivery through to partnering at local and global levels eg AstraZeneca Learning and Partner Lead in Global Clinical. I also train as a PerformConsult trainer and have worked with many recognised companies helping to develop their staff.
Depending on your requirements I can purely coach or mentor or mix the two. Both coaching and mentoring are aimed at encouraging you to develop the skills you need to navigate your roles, to succeed and to develop and move onto future roles.
