What is my process in working together?

I start with an informal session which I call a ‘coffee chat’ where you can get to know me, I can get to know you and really understand your needs and goals.  

The session gives time to establish if you feel you would like to work with me, whether I feel I can work with you - having a good chemistry is vital with a coach/coachee relationship. I can also gather information to enable me to design a coaching programme to suit your needs and help you solve the problem(s) you have or reach the goal(s) you want to achieve.

You can then decide if you want to go ahead or not. There is no obligation on either side to continue.

If we do decide to work together, we can discuss programme costs and move to finalising how we will work together and the practicalities of when we meet, how often, how long etc.

Our conversations will always be confidential and will always be with the intention of helping you with your goal. I may ask some questions that could be challenging for you but it is always with your best interests at heart.

I want you to leave all our meetings with a clear sense of the next steps you will take and with a feeling that the time you have invested has been well spent.

Coaching sessions are typically delivered via Zoom, Teams or in your location. Walking outside whilst having a coaching conversation can be liberating and productive if you prefer.
