Coaching for Mid-life Career Success and Enjoyment whilst Sustaining Health and Preventing Burnout
After coaching for a number of years I began to see a pattern where people had been successful, reached leadership positions but were either struggling to do them from the start or had been doing them for a while and were no longer happy or thriving in those roles for whatever reason, they had often lost their ‘mojo’ or they were working so hard their health was suffering, or both!
As a result, I have developed a series of coaching interventions to help:
Explore your current role, what exhausts you, what brings you joy?
Explore if you still want to do the role or if you would rather move and the impact of both.
Establish how you can you reconnect with your role if that is what you prefer.
Identify your strengths and what brought you to the role.
Identify new behaviours that are needed to be successful (these can often be different for a man or a woman)
Create an action plan to change so freeing time for what is important to you and your career and making time for you to look after yourself eg improved exercise and diet.
